Samsung Members App Experience Space Launch
The Challenge: Samsung needed to drive awareness and engagement for the opening of their flagship 20,000 square foot 'experience space' in King's Cross among Samsung Members app users, creating excitement around this major retail innovation.
Creative Approach: Developed event marketing copy that positioned the experience space as more than just a store - a destination for Samsung fans to discover and interact with cutting-edge technology. The copy balanced Samsung's premium brand tone with the excitement of exclusive access.
Execution: Created in-app banners and benefits pages offering Samsung Members exclusive opportunities to win tickets to opening events, emphasising the experiential and community aspects of the new space.
Impact: Campaign reached Samsung Members app users (over 100 million registered users globally), successfully leveraging exclusivity and experiential marketing to deepen Samsung customer relationships, using app-based engagement to drive real-world event participation.
Samsung x Minecraft Digital Campaign
The Challenge: Launch Samsung products across mobile, TV, and home appliances through a collaboration with '“A Minecraft Movie”, requiring seamless integration of two distinct brand voices while maintaining product messaging clarity.
Creative Approach: Developed banner copy that brought together Samsung's premium tech positioning with Minecraft's playful, creative world-building ethos. The challenge was making Samsung products feel native to the Minecraft universe while highlighting key product benefits.
Execution: Created digital banner headlines for Samsung.com landing pages featuring Minecraft characters alongside Samsung products, using playful language that spoke to both gaming enthusiasts and Samsung customers.
Impact: Campaign effectively showcased Samsung's diverse product portfolio (mobile, TV, appliances) through a unified creative concept, reaching Samsung.com's global audience of 150+ million monthly visitors with consistent yet product-specific messaging.
Cinch Valentine's Day Social Campaign
The Challenge: Create an engaging Instagram campaign for Cinch (used car platform) that would drive brand awareness and engagement during Valentine's Day, differentiating it from typical automotive advertising.
Creative Approach: Developed a dating app-inspired concept where cars became the "dates" - writing humorous dating profiles for different vehicles that highlighted their key features and personalities. Users could "swipe right" on their perfect car match.
Execution: Crafted multiple car "dating profiles" with witty, personality-driven copy that made each vehicle feel like a potential romantic partner, playing with dating app tropes while showcasing practical car benefits.
Impact: Multi-post Instagram campaign that generated high engagement through shareable, conversation-starting content that made car shopping feel fun and approachable.
FIMER Solar "A New Era in Solar" Brand Campaign
The Challenge: Position FIMER as a challenger in the solar market dominated by huge global brands. FIMER was little known outside Italy and needed to build brand preference among installers - the audience with the most influence over purchase decisions in the solar industry.
Creative Approach: Developed an integrated brand campaign around "A New Era in Solar" - positioning FIMER as doing things differently so that installers could meet any challenge. Put installers in the spotlight rather than just focusing on product features, recognizing their crucial role in the solar ecosystem.
Execution: Created comprehensive brand campaign including print advertisements, digital brochures, responsive website copy (desktop and mobile), and video content. Developed messaging that positioned FIMER as the partner that helps installers lead change in the solar industry.
Impact: Campaign successfully established FIMER's challenger brand positioning in a market dominated by established global players, with the CMO describing the work as "inspiring, impactful and innovative."
